Supplements to Enhance Mental Clarity

In this article, I will put forth a short list of various herbs and mineral supplements that have been shown to enhance the brain/mind's ability to focus and perform. First, I will tell you a bit about the supplement and its purported effects, then I will discuss where to procure it, and finally how to prepare it for consumption.

*Note - Mind Mechanics does not recommend ingesting these supplements in the form of pills purchased in health food or supplement stores, because we believe that the quality of the chemical compound is severely lessened when the compound is treated and stored in a pill or powder form. (This is based on personal experience and not on clinical studies)

1. Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), also known as Ling Zhi, is a mushroom found primarily in Hemlock Forests of both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. According to Wikipedia
"...lingzhi, in Chinese, means 'herb of spiritual potency' and has also been described as 'mushroom of immortality'." Of the many people who frequently consume Reishi, virtually none of them ever report side effects, yet the vast majority of them report a variety of health benefits. This is just one of the many reasons why it has been included in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years. The only known side effects occur when Reishi is used for more than 4 months at a time, and they range from dryness of the nose and throat to nosebleeds, but these can easily be remedied by discontinuing the consumption for a minimum of one month.

To prepare Reishi for consumption, first you must dry and then either slice or pulverize it. Next you will boil the pieces for at least two hours to free the active ingredients from the chitin. If you are using the more active Red Reishi, your liquid will be extremely bitter and may need to be mixed or added to a soup before consumption.

2. Ginkgo Biloba (Ginkgo biloba) is quite remarkable in its own right. This tree has no living relatives and is considered to be a "living fossil" by botanists due to its remarkably unchanged genetic makeup. It is believed that this tree would have become completely extinct if it weren't for the intervention of Chinese monks some thousands of years ago. Although studies have yielded conflicting results, the testimony of individual consumers alone would make (for me at least) ample evidence of the efficacy of Ginkgo. It has been known to increase circulation in organ tissue, protect against free radicals, and to improve memory (most likely due to increased levels of oxygen in the brain). There are a variety of side effects reported by people using Ginkgo, but they vary widely from person to person, so we suggest using a small dose first and working your way up if you don't notice any side effects.

Ginkgo can be prepared in a tea by boiling the leaves, but the leaves can also be dried, pulverized and used as a seasoning or capsulated. Either method will produce the desired effects.

3. St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) is a flowering plant found in the temperate and subtropic regions of many countries around the world, although predominantly of those in the Northern Hemisphere. St. John's Wort can be identified by the leaves which exhibit very unique translucent dots, and by the flowers which have five petals and are yellow in color. The primary clinical use of St. John's Wort has been for the treatment of mild depression, and its efficacy has withstood numerous clinical trials. This benefit in and of itself has merit, but we are proposing its usefulness in another realm...that of mental clarity. We all know how distracting negative thoughts can be. Anyone who has ever had a loved one fall ill can attest to the impact which that has on their ability to focus, whether it be at work, in school, or in general everyday life. For those of you who have used Hemi-Sync, or who meditate regularly, who are also acutely aware of the impact which negative thoughts can have. For this reason, St. John's Wort can be used to free up your mental energy for use in other areas such as focus and concentration. Please be sure to check the drug interaction warnings before taking St. John's Wort as it can conflict with a variety of other medications such as birth control and other antidepressants.
St. John's Wort can be ingested and used in many ways. For our purposes, we recommend using a combination of the flowers and the leaves in an herbal tea blend.

4. Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri) is a genus of aquatic plant found in many regions of the world. It has been used in Ayurvedic Medicine for thousands of years and is known in India as medhya rasayan which means "Brain Tonic." It is reported to have numerous benefits including enhanced memory development, concentration, and learning, as well as antioxidant and anticancerous effects. The ingestion of Bacopa has little to no known side effects to date, but we welcome any new information regarding this statement if any exists.
You can prepare Bacopa in a variety of ways. The flowers can be pulverized and used as a food additive (perhaps in a smoothie) and the leaves can be used in an herbal tea. We suggest a combination of both leaves and flowers for the full effect.

Great Article

Hey All! I just wanted to link over to a great article that I think you all might enjoy.

Whirling, Merkaba, Icosahedron, Phi Relationship

Before reading this article, you may want to read up on the Whirling Dervishes and Sufi Meditation here.

Those of you already acquainted with the relatively unique religious group known as the Sufis will be interested to learn that throughout much of recorded history spiritual leaders have claimed spinning or whirling as a key to finding insights and knowledge otherwise unavailable to the conscious mind.

Just listen to this description!

Many people who use binary beat exercises like Hemi-Sync or iMusic describe seeing a type of "Vessel" around their bodies which form the shape of a Star Tetrahedron, also known as a MERKABA (In ancient Egyption - Mer=rotating light, Ka=spirit, Ba=human body). This word literally means "Chariot" and/or "Throne of God" in Hebrew and is used by orthodox Jewish and Kabbala practitioners alike to describe this very same shape. This is also very commonly displayed in 2-D as the Star of David. You can check out the Merkaba pictured below.

Many Gurus and Yogis, including OSHO, have recommended whirling or spinning a few times a day as part of an enhanced meditation regimen.

Spin plays such an important role in the universe, that it is amazing how often it is overlooked in scientific experimentation. All things in nature, ranging from the orbits of the planets to the electrons of atoms have a precise velocity and direction of spin, and each of these events has a proportion and correlation to the next event, thus unfolding an eternally evolving reality we call perspective.

I have found that meditating while picturing what Buddhists refer to as the Dharma Wheel, or any spinning wheel for that matter (precise design seems to be of little consequence), is quite helpful when I need to arrive at a deeper level of focus and concentration.

Many scientists and researchers have started to realize the power of spin and its influence over the energy density of matter. Check out this awesome interview with William Henry!

Spin's Relationship to Phi

Phi describes the ratio known as the golden spiral, a spiral that can be viewed at infinitesimally different perspectives, yet look identical at every level. This variety of spin can easily be witnessed in the arms of spiral galaxies, which the milky way happens to be. Phi is also used to derive the icosahedron which is the fundamental shape inside the Merkaba.

There are many more incidences where Spin, Phi, and the Merkaba coalesce, but I will leave it up to you to find them for yourself.

Tools for the Development of Psychokinesis

Hello Everyone! It's been about a month now since my last posting, but I'm back and I've got a ton of great new topics to discuss. This post will cover some unusual devices and methods which will help you to develop and control your innate psychokinetic abilities. Enjoy!

1. The Energy Wheel

The Energy Wheel is an extremely simple device that anyone can build. To construct your very own version of the Energy Wheel, you will need the following items.

1. Sewing needle or long thumb tack
2. Sheet of paper or a note card (lighter weight = better)
3. Rubber eraser or small ball of clay

First, you will take the sheet of paper or note card and mark off a 3" by 3" square. Cut the square out using scissors and trace diagonal lines across the paper like those pictured below. Use the lines as guides and fold along the lines. Unfold the paper to create a "tent" like square.

Next, take the needle and either push it up through the eraser, or push it down through the eraser until it is securely fastened and pointing straight up. (If you are using a thumb tack, you will use the clay to create a sturdy base by applying a downward force on the tack until it is securely wedged into the clay and then flattening out the base of the clay)

Finally, balance your paper "tent" on the point of your needle and set your energy wheel on a flat surface in a location with as little air/wind interference as possible.

Now all you have to do is think the wheel in one direction or the other. Sometimes it will seem easy and other times it will be frustratingly difficult to get any reaction at all, but like all things worth getting good at...practice makes perfect!

If you don't want to make your energy wheel, you can purchase one directly from this website.

2. Pendulum

A pendulum is a simple device constructed primarily from clay and thread in the following manner.

Attach a small piece of clay or a clay bob to the end of a length of thread between 12-15" long. That's IT!

You can also build a stand from a coat hanger if you are having trouble keeping the pendulum steady in your hand. I suggest you attach the coat hanger to a flat wooden base for stability sake.

Pendulums may seem like simple and/or arcane devices, but they can prove invaluable when developing your PK abilities. There's a lot more happening to a swinging mass when you start to consider the multidimensionality of physics and the unpredictability of quantum motion.

For an interesting read on the history of pendulums check this out!

3. Wishing Machine

This is the final, and probably the strangest, device on my list. The wishing machine makes absolutely NO SENSE according to our current understanding of physics, yet time and time again people have reported this device working with an amazing success rate. Followers of The Secret will no doubt believe that the subconscious mind of the person using the machine is responsible for the success, but I believe that there is something more to this machine than The Secret can ever explain away with their, "Get what you wish for" philosophy.

I won't take up the room needed for a full explanation of the wishing machine, but will refer you to some great sites that will tell you all about the wishing machine, as well as some other great "Mind Machines" like those from G. Harry Stine's book.

Floridian Musings: Are Plants Nature's Battery Chargers?

Hi Everyone! I'm coming to you from Jacksonville, FL this week with a random post about plants and their energy patterns...please enjoy!

When you think about a battery charger, you probably envision something like an empty cup (the battery) and a big pitcher of liquid (the charger) filling the cup to the brim and thus recharging the battery, but this is not really how the process works at all. The waveform pictured above shows the curvature of the current wave which is used to charge a battery. Imagine waves crashing against the shore at a slow but constant pace and each time a wave hits the apex of it's lurch forward, it deposits a little bit of sand on the beach. One wave won't make much of a difference, but a large number of waves spread out over a certain amount of time will fill your shore with sand a mile high. Unfortunately for everyone, batteries have an absolute capacity and cannot continue to retain charge indefinitely, so for our example we will just add a ceiling to our beach.

Okay, now I understand how batteries are charged, what does this have to do with plants?

Well, I need to make another connection before we can get to that. I have been doing mental/sensory enhancement exercises now for the past 3+ years and have started to notice that I can close my eyes and "see" energy patterns coming from people, animals, objects, and yes...plants. People seem to have a swirling energy pattern (call it an aura, or whatever you like, but it does exist) around them in most instances, as do animals...as if someone dropped a rock in the shape of his/her silhouette into a pool of light and the ripples are protruding outward in every direction. Inanimate objects have a steady "grid" pattern surrounding them and they rarely have anything interesting about them, with the exception of certain materials like quartz which seem to channel this energy in certain directions. That brings us to the energy patterns of plants.

It wasn't until I started to compare these energy patterns, which I was perceiving around the plants, with the energy patterns of various electrical systems however that I began to notice the similarities between the energy patterns given off by plants and those produced in a charging circuit.

Plants seem to give off a steady sine wave shaped flow of energy that flows outward from the stem of the plant like a radio station using a broadcast tower to send their sound energy out to your car stereo, except the energy coming from the plant is absorbed by your body, whereas radio waves pass right through us.

If anyone can confirm this with data illustrating the energy patterns of plant life, please email me at david@college-alternatives.com

Cheers!

Update: Danilo Venegas (long-time friend of the author and fellow blogger) has pointed me to a very interesting site concerning humans energy patterns and how they relate to plants. CHECK IT OUT!

iMusic: Have You Heard?

Hola a todos! I've got another interesting topic for discussion. This beautiful bit of technology is known as the iMusic System from a company called Volition Thought House.

Supposedly, this system is based on the Binaural Beats System that Hemi-Sync has made famous, but is quite a bit different than Hemi-Sync. First off, it is set to actual music, albeit not your average tunes. The musical accompaniment of iMusic is full of modulations, "formulaic beats", and soundscape modifications meant to guide your brain on a cortical response level. Unlike Hemi-Sync, where Dr. Monroe guides you through your meditation and shows you the purpose of each exercise, in iMusic you only need to listen and this system is designed to kick your brain into overdrive without the need of a dark room and a couch. You can listen to iMusic while you work and it is supposed to increase productivity, or while you brainstorm and it is supposed to stimulate the idea mechanisms in your subconscious. I've read the testimonials from their website, but you never know for sure with websites cause people can easily write their own testimonials. The reassuring thing that I noticed is that these guys are featured in the Google Ads, and Google doesn't usually work with shady companies, so I'm going to give it a shot.

Anybody out there in cyber-space that may have tried this program before please let me know what you thought.

That's all for now folks!

Book Review: The Intention Experiment

Hello Again! I wanted to write to you all about a book that is absolutely mind-blowing for those of your with a skeptical perspective on life. This book isn't filled with esoteric mumbo-jumbo like The Secret, rather it's filled with scientific evidence proving the effect our consciousness has on the world around us. The title of this amazing peice of literature is, The Intention Experiment by Lynne McTaggart.

Using equipment like RNG's (Random Number Generators), Lynne McTaggart, along with her crew of research scientists from around the world, shows how just by thinking a thought, you can influence your environment. Their research also indicates that practice has an extremely positive correlation with the achievements of the intention. This confirms what Buddhist Monks have been saying for generations, "Everything is based on mind, is led by mind, (and) is fashioned by mind." 3

The results of this study, which are still ongoing, are nothing less than amazing in the scope of their applications for the survival of humanity (you can see some of the results here). In fact, these experiments were so impressive, that they have prompted me to try out my own intention experiment...but I'll get into that in a later post.

For anyone who is considering trying out some form of mental enhancement or meditation then this book will really help you see the benefits associated with these practices.

We are the holders of our own destiny, so let's create a better world!

The Bronnikov Method

Aloha Everyone! I hope you're all having a great day! This time my topic is a mental enhancement system known tentatively as the Bronnikov Method (after the founder of the program, Dr. Vyacheslav Mikhailovic Bronnikov, his Ph.D is in Philosophy btw). This method is constructed around a multitude of ancient teachings and modern techniques, which combine to form a system that can (supposedly) unlock the abilities which lay dormant in all of us.

From what I've been able to gather, much like the programs involving the Psychic Children of China, Bronnikov got started in his research by working with blind, deaf, and disabled children. Students of his method have been able to develop a "second sight" which allows them to regain control of their life even without the use of their eyes, ears, or whichever part of the body happens to be damaged. They have also developed the ability to self heal, to diagnose the ailments of others, and some have even developed a completely photographic memory.

One of the amazing things about the Bronnikov Method, the thing that first caught my attention, was the fact that Bronnikov himself clearly states that he is not the creator of this system, but only the creator of its organizational structure. He bases all of his exercises on methods employed by the most ancient and wisest of civilizations, the Vedas, the I Ching, and the Bardo Thodol are all included in his system, and that surely piques my interest. I think it's safe to say that the pyramid builders and ancient temple architects knew a little bit more about the unseen forces of the world than we do....yes even today.

I have read many stories about the Bronnikov Method online and I have found a few sites that attempt to debunk the Bronnikov Method, namely James Randi, the infamous ex-magician trickster turned debunker, but I would hardly consider him an impartial judge. I have also been unable to find any evidence directly contradicting what Bronnikov is claiming, aside from the fact that he has yet to claim the infamous JREF Million-Dollar-Challenge Prize Money, which according to James Randi is proof enough of the hoax. Well I beg to differ, but I have had many out of body experiences which I cannot prove, and I am still certain of their validity. The same things were originally said about crop circles, but now there are peer-reviewed scientific journals that are starting to publish articles about them. I believe that in this case science has thrown the baby out with the bath water (at least in the public sphere; though the military is another story altogether).

Bottom line, the Bronnikov Method may not take an average joe smalltown and turn him into the latest X-Man, but I do believe this is a step in the right direction, although certainly not the last (probably one of the very first actually). There will no doubt be many people claiming that they have found the "key" or the "secret" that will unlock your potential over the coming years, but the honest truth is that you are the only one with access to that key, hence you are the only one you can unlock your own potential...sometimes you just need a little nudge in the right direction. All of these methods and gizmos will only help you along if your intention is already that of self-betterment and inner wisdom.

I have yet to experiment with the Bronnikov Method, but will definitely write about it upon first encounter. I look forward to hearing feedback from anyone who has tried it or who has any further information as to the validity of its claims, so please feel free to leave a comment, or email me directly at david@college-alternatives.com

Very enlightening video from David Wilcock

I have to say, I was very skeptical of David Wilcock when I was first introduced to his work. Many of his ideas were "out there" even for me, but the more I read about him and the more I researched his theories and postulations, the more I believed he was correct. By my standards he has "done his homework", which I cannot say for most people.

Book Review: China's Super Psychics by Paul Dong and Thomas Raffill

This book begins in the early 80's in China and it discusses the various programs which sought to investigate the phenomena of psychic children who seemed to be popping up all over the country at the time. These children possessed abilities like being able to see without using their eyes, see through solid objects, and even telekinesis in some cases (2). At first the Chinese Government considered the matter to be ridiculous, but the number of these children kept increasing. Eventually, the government decided that they should step in and take control of the situation which is the last spoiler you'll get out of this review :)

In a speech by researcher Drunvalo Melchizedek, he talks about the Bio-Computer interface that these children seem to possess, and even gives examples of people he's met in other countries with identical abilities. One of these special individuals was even taken by NASA to work as an informant for them, as she has the ability to see anything in the Solar System in real time. Sounds crazy right? Well, go do a couple of hemi-sync exercises and we'll see if you still think so.

Drunvalo Melchizedek has also given us a wonderful website called The Spirit of Ma'at which is loaded with great information and articles about a wide variety of topics including an article about these Psychic Children.

I highly recommend China's Super Psychics for anyone who is unsure about the true nature and potential of humanity. Enjoy!

My Second Resounding Experience

Hello again. I hope at this point that you've read the previous posts so I won't lose you.

Assuming that you have read them, I'll start off by telling you that this next experience took place while listening to an exercise titled Liftoff from the third wave of the Gateway Experience.

A few minutes into it and my eyes are darting around uncontrollably while images of every imaginable scenario flood my consciousness. A low tone registers as it enters the audible range and I feel it grab onto me, like a surfer locked in the tube of a cresting wave. I rode this wave of energy up as my body surged with the inflow of resonating wave patterns. Every particle in my body began to accelerate its rate of spin and the subatomic particles resounded in a symphony of harmonic unity. I felt myself lighten.

I felt a charge up my spinal chord, as if body's antenna was aligning to receive some kind of cosmic input. Then the amazing thing happened. The pulse did not come from some outside source, but from within. I could see the vortex of energy swirling through my chest lifting my spine into an s-curve.

A loud pop washed through my head, into my body, then into each one of my limbs and finally out my fingers and toes. I heard a voice and saw flashes of images showing myself at some unknown time sitting in front of a computer hovering in the air. I immediately went into a deep sleep until being brought out of the meditative state.

The next day I downloaded a program which generates binaural beats off the internet and I tried to replicate the effect. I started at the earth's resonant frequency 7.83Hz and proceeded to climb up to an intended tone of over 2000Hz. At around 900 Hz, I stood up out of my chair, but not of my own volition. I was propelled upwards like a rocket and I was cradled by my spine like a baby being coddled by its mother, I felt weightless. I left the dial alone at that point and proceeded to perceive my body becoming lighter and lighter. After a minute like this (+-), my head felt like the weight of my body was pulling down on it so I removed the headphones.

I felt amazing. Needless to say, I am still experimenting with this particular effect and will update you as to my progress with further experiences.

I would love to hear about any other experiences similar to this one, and I hope you enjoyed hearing about this. More to come soon!

Hemi-Sync: A Brief History & My 1st Experience

For three years now (more or less), I have been working my way through a series of exercises in a mental enhancement system known as Hemi-Sync. For those of you who are familiar with this system already, feel free to skip ahead to the second part, but for those of you who are unfamiliar with Hemi-Sync (or who doubt the science behind the system) please read this first section.

Section 1 - My History of Hemi-Sync (in a nutshell).

I first read about Hemi-Sync in a book titled Reading the Enemy's Mind: Inside Stargate, America's Psychic Espionage Program.
This book may sound like a work of Science Fiction, but it is in fact, a true account of the people, places, and events that lead up to the creation of the Hemi-Sync Method. Coincidentally, I actually purchased my copy of this book on a U.S. Army Base of all places. This book expounds on the development of Hemi-Sync, along with the myriad other programs that have now sprung up from the research conducted originally within the tenuous partnership of the United States Government, the Stanford Research Institute, and other researchers like Bob Monroe.

A reserved and scientific man by nature, Bob Monroe (yes like in the Simpsons), began working on this system as a means of enhancing the remote viewing abilities that the Military Intelligence community so desperately coveted. What they wound up with however, was something quite a bit different from the original military application.

The folks at the Monroe Institute have since refined the techniques and built a system which is absolutely remarkable. This new system has the ability to take someone who is completely ignorant about the world of meditation and/or remote viewing, and allow them to achieve results that would have taken years otherwise. The leader of a Zen Buddhist Temple was quoted on the Monroe Institute's website as saying something to the tune of, "Students of the Hemi-Sync system are able to reach meditative states in weeks that, until now, took years of sitting." And I've heard very similar statements made by people from all walks of life...from self-proclaimed noobies to experienced meditators!

The fundamental principle behind Hemi-Sync is a system of what are called, "Binaural Beats." These rhythms and harmonic tones create a dissonance between your ears that helps to focus and concentrate brain activity and to synchronize the right and left hemispheres of the brain...hence the name Hemi-Sync.

Normally, the chatter between the right and left hemispheres of our brain occurs through a channel known as the Corpus Callosum, which acts like a bridge between two different countries...the right brain being a country that believes in creative abstraction and the left brain being a country that believes only in numbers and systematic order. This is the bio-equivalent of Buddhist Priests and Career Politicians trying to communicate...so you can begin to imagine the language barrier...not to mention the syntax issues! It is the same story with our brains. In our normal waking state, we have polarized thoughts...one second we are creative, the next we are planning and plotting, but it is difficult to use both the creative and methodical hemispheres at the same time. It is a natural function of the inherent duality of our wiring, and until Hemi-Sync, it could only be compensated for through years of meditation and focused concentration.

Did I pique anyone's interest yet? Still on the fence? I recommend doing some more research on your own if you are still undecided. Remember, there's a difference between being skeptical and being prejudice. Skepticism is not based on your religious upbringing or your education, it is based on evidence or the lack thereof. Prejudice is simply denying the validity of an issue when the evidence is staring you in the face, and you can base this on any number of cultural divides...so go! Gather more evidence if you need! I can wait (tic, toc, tic, toc :)

Section 2 - My First Resounding Experience

If you've made it this far, then I applaud you. Especially if you were skeptical, even discounting, but you allowed yourself to weigh the evidence and decided to proceed in concord. That is, in my opinion, the most admirable personality trait of all. Okay, okay, on with the show! (I'll start off light so I don't freak anyone out too soon :)

To start off, let me give you a bit of background material so you'll understand the kind of person I was before I started the hemi-sync program. I was a self-proclaimed atheist who believed in God or the stories of creation about as much as a Hard-Core-Bible-Thumper believes in Thor or Pixies. I had very little interest in spiritual matters, but I did believe in keeping my body healthy (apart from my unfortunate smoking habit, which comes and goes). I exercised, tried to eat right, stayed away from unnecessary chemicals, and practiced various breathing techniques cherry-picked from a small collection of yoga books.

I was also a bit of a geek in the old-school sense of the word. I liked Science Fiction, read a lot of weird (mostly non-fiction) books that most people would laugh at, and I loved to learn about any and every strange topic I could get info on. Apart from that, I graduated from College on time and received my degree in International Business Administration. Once I was out of school, I took a job working for a Staffing Firm, where I continued to work until quite recently.

Pretty normal so far, right? Okay, stay with me now....

My first experience with Hemi-Sync was powerful, but it was far from "out there." I slipped into the meditative state, relaxed, saw some cool images, came back out, and went to sleep. After a few more exercises, I invited my girlfriend to do it with me and she agreed, so we set up two sets of headphones, laid down in the bed together and pressed play. Everything was normal until about five minutes (very hard to be precise as time is difficult to pinpoint while meditating) into the exercise, when I felt my girlfriend's finger twitch and brush my leg. This caused me to sit up and look over at her, but what had really happened was something altogether surreal.

I had not actually sat up at all. My body was in fact in the same position it had originally assumed, yet my "energy body" (or whatever you want to call it) had sat up and was now looking over at my girlfriend. At this point, I may have lost some people...but I would swear before a judge and jury as to the validity of everything I am saying here, so if you still have an open mind, please keep reading.

At this point, I could see my girlfriend's body enveloped in a beautiful white light. It was pulsating and there was a sound associated with it, but it was different from sounds we normally hear, as this sound was actually felt like a low bass note.

I proceeded to look down towards my own body and was amazed to see that I was covered in a thick orange light. The light emanating from my chest was also pulsating and had a slightly different sound than my girlfriend's, but it was quite similar.

Upon exiting the meditative state, I jumped up and ran to my computer and proceeded to search for a website explaining Auras. I had NEVER believed in auras before that moment and had actually ridiculed those who claimed to see them (of which I am deeply ashamed and embarrassed now)...but at this point I was completely convinced as to what I had seen. I found a website that had detailed descriptions of the colors of auras, and I began to read them when my jaw started its gradual descent to the floor. Below are the exact words I read regarding the two colors I had witnessed.

Orange

Orange is the color of warmth, creativity and emotions. It is an indication of courage, joy and socialness. It is a color which can reflect an opening of new awareness-especially to the subtle realms (the astral plane) of life.

Depending on the shade, it can also indicate emotional imbalances and agitation. Some of the muddier shades of orange can reflect pride and flamboyance. It may reflect worry and vanity.

White

White is often seen in the aura, prior to any actual colors. It is often seen as a diaphanous shades. White has all colors within it, and when it does appear strongly within the aura, it is often in conjunction with other colors. This is how you can know whether it is an actual energy color or just a poor perception of the aura. When the white does stand out as a color in the aura, it reflects truth and purity. It indicates that the energy of the individual is cleansing and purifying itself. It often reflects an awakening of greater creativity as well.

Note: Shortly after this experience, my girlfriend changed her major from business to architecture. Interesting considering her recent "awakening of greater creativity" :)

You can imagine the first thought running through my head at this point. "Okay, okay, I'm sure these are like horoscopes and they're probably really vague so that they fit for any situation."

So I kept reading....each color was so specific that NONE of the other colors would have even come close to fitting the situation. Needless to say...after a long time of being a demeaning jerk towards those who believed in auras, I was now starting to doubt myself. And was starting to feel like a bit of an ass....

After a few more sessions, the doubt had been erased entirely...it had since been replaced by a feeling of total inadequacy. I had NO IDEA how any of this stuff worked and I felt like I had been wasting my life concerning myself with money, cars, houses, basically STUFF...when inside, I didn't have anything of real substance. Don't get me wrong, this was not a religious experience per-se...neither was it a purely scientific one. I had opened the door to something that has now become a pillar of my life, and I can only hope that writing this will help more of you to take that first step towards a broader understanding of our multi-dimensional reality.

Much Love!

David

STAY TUNED FOR MORE STORIES!

Welcome!

Hello and welcome to the new blog! I have been fascinated by topics like mental enhancement, remote viewing, conscious manifestation, and other phenomena of the mind for some time now, and after a particularly unnerving experience while using hemi-sync, I decided I needed to share my story. I hope you enjoy the blog and that you learn something from it as well.
